About the Role:
Join our growing team at #1Decks, where we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch craftsmanship. We are looking for an experienced carpenter to lead and manage a team.

Work Areas: Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Inner West, Sutherland Shire, and Northern Beaches.

Employment Type: We employ our workers directly; we do not subcontract.

Scope of Work: As licensed builders, we undertake a wide range of projects beyond decking, including pool cabanas, alfresco areas, and structural landscaping.
About You:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years working as a carpenter.

Tools: Must have all your own tools.

Skills: Excellent communication skills.

Leadership: Capable of coordinating apprentices and subcontractors and interacting with clients.

Attention to Detail: You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work.
